The lettings process starts the moment Graeme's team hands a property over. Our goal is simple — get the right tenant in as quickly as possible, with everything done properly from day one. We take care of every step so the landlord doesn't have to.

We advertise on Rightmove and Zoopla, conduct viewings seven days a week, and use outsourced referencing to ensure every tenant put forward has been properly vetted. Once a tenant is approved, we prepare the full inventory, draft the tenancy agreement, and hand the keys over with everything in place.
